All Mr Lightning orders are shipped directly from our Melbourne warehouse in Victoria, Australia. Every order is securely packaged, fully tracked and carefully prepared for dispatch.

Australia

Flat Rate Shipping: AUD $12.95

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
• All Australian orders include tracking.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our couriers and may vary during peak periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations from Australia.

We subsidise a portion of international shipping costs to keep delivery rates as affordable as possible for our global community.

New Zealand: AUD $24.95
Asia Pacific: AUD $34.95
Rest of the World: AUD $39.95

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days, depending on the destination, courier and local customs processing.
• Tracking is included with our standard international shipping service where supported by the destination country's postal network.

International delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Exceptions for High-Cost Destinations

Due to significantly higher carrier charges to certain international destinations, our standard AUD $39.95 flat rate cannot apply to all countries.

For selected higher-cost destinations, including parts of South America, Central America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Africa and other remote regions, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the available carrier rate for your destination.

The applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Alternative Carriers

To help keep international delivery costs competitive, Mr Lightning may use alternative trusted carriers where appropriate.

The carrier selected may vary depending on the destination, service availability, delivery timeframes and current shipping rates. Where an alternative carrier is used, tracking will be provided where available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs processing fees or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs requirements vary between countries. Customers are responsible for checking any applicable import requirements, duties or taxes for their destination before ordering.

International Electrical Compatibility & Power Plugs

The Mr Lightning Lint Remover Pro operates using a 15V DC, 4A power supply.

Our current power adapters support an input range of 100–240V AC, 50/60Hz, allowing the power supply to operate across a broad range of international mains voltages when used with an appropriate plug connection.

MrLightning currently stocks the following regional power plug configurations:

• Australia / New Zealand — Type I
• United States — Type A
• European Union — Type C
• United Kingdom — Type G
• China — Type A

Available regional plug configurations may change as we expand our international distribution.

Countries Using Different Plug Standards

Electrical plug and socket standards vary around the world. Some countries use a national plug configuration that differs from the options currently stocked by Mr Lightning.

Where your destination uses a different plug configuration, we will supply the most suitable available plug option from our current inventory where appropriate.

Depending on your country's electrical outlet configuration, you may therefore need to purchase a locally approved and safety-compliant plug adapter before using the product.

Any third-party plug adapter must be suitable for the supplied power supply and comply with the applicable electrical and safety requirements in the country where the product will be used.

Please complete your purchase at your own discretion. Before ordering, customers are responsible for checking their local plug and electrical requirements and confirming that the available plug configuration is suitable for their intended use.

Do not modify the supplied power supply, plug, cable or other electrical components.

Mr Lightning Pty Ltd is not responsible for damage caused by the use of incompatible, incorrectly rated, modified, defective or non-compliant third-party plug adapters, electrical accessories or power sources.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can follow your parcel from our Melbourne warehouse through to your delivery address.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Please check your shipping details carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
